Hire Terms and Conditions
Price quoted is for dry hire (i.e. you pick up from us at Weston, set up and return the items after your event). If you would like delivery, set up and pack up included, please let us know your event location and we will provide you with a personalised quote.
Confirmation of final numbers is required one week prior to the event, at which time an invoice for the total hire amount will be issued. Full payment is required prior to delivery. Payment can be by credit card, cash, cheque or bank transfer.
Any damaged, broken or lost items will be charged at retail replacement value as advised by Valley Event Co. An additional invoice will be issued to cover replacement costs and must be paid within 7 days.
